How can I order?
You can order our products directly from our store page here on the website. Or if you would like to speak to us about a bespoke item, please feel free to contact us.
Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver all bespoke items of furniture where possible, these are all products manufactured by Glencar & Taylor, please contact us to discuss the delivery of these. All other orders will be shipped to the entire UK through standard delivery services.
The shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart.
What is your returns policy?
Bespoke items do not come under the returns policy except in the case of damage to the item during shipping in which case these will be restored to agreed finish.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return this to us in an unused condition in the original packaging within 14 days for either an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received is damaged.
It is important that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us within 24hrs of delivery so that we may make a claim from our carrier.

Where is your store?
At present we are an online store.
However if you would like to discuss a project, please contact us and we will arrange to come out and see you where necessary. You can find our details on our contact page.
Are you trading with the current Covid-19 lockdown?
Yes we are trading, majority of our items are available, those we are having difficulty in acquiring are listed as out of stock.
The Courier or shipping agent will knock your door or phone you and the item will be left outside the house whilst in this current situation, shipping times maybe a little longer at this time.
How do I get a Bespoke item of furniture under way?
We understand that many people want a piece of furniture that is either unique to them or a very limited run. This maybe for your home, office, garden or many other applications.
If you have some ideas of what you want, pictures or a mixture of designs, then please contact us directly, we will first discuss what you are trying to achieve, your budget and then we will produce some 3D renderings of the ideas discussed.
If at this point you are happy, we will then give you a cost, we take a 50% deposit and final payment upon completion.
